We are always on the lookout for good quality people to join our Consulting, Assessment and Training teams. You should;
- Have held a Senior Management position within the Automotive Industry (our team have previously held roles such as Area Sales and Aftersales Manager, Dealer Principal, General Sales and Aftersales Manager and Aftersales Director).
- Be able to present findings and formulate plans for change.
- Have experience of evaluating and analysing issues in the Automotive sector and be able to demonstrate how you have fixed them.
- You will be confident in sharing your thoughts and expert advise with high level stakeholders.
- Be competent with use of basic MOS tools – Excel, PowerPoint and Word for example.
- Ideally have a business-related degree (not essential but desirable).
- Have a high focus on quality and delivering the best results.
- Have a self-starting attitude to work, able to effectively manage own time and projects.
